Re: latah county commission reconsideration

Yes, that's what I wondered.  In what respect is an illegal decision made
by one commission binding on another.  Is there a time span during which
the commission may revisit (I do not mean reconsider--I would think a
reconsideration might have to be made at the very next meeting.) this
issue.
