Visionaries:

For anyone that saw the video of the Cd'A searches, it didn't take much to see
the dogs were rough on the paint jobs of everyone's car that was "sniffed,"
not just the guilty.  Enthusiastic claws and clear coat don't go together
well.  Let's see, damages that result from a random police search of a public
parking lot, hmmm?  In the right community, oh say, one with a law school in
town, there might be some interesting cases come up after a sniff search.  No
doubt the body shops will make a little on the deal.  But hey, that's economic
development isn't it?
