God bless Government for saving us from ourselves...

Where are the parents in this?  And c'mon.  No youth in America is faced with
the choice between either skateboarding or committing crime/doing drugs.

Millions of kids have grown up without skateboarding and with the presence of
drugs and they turned out fine.  The kids say there's nothing to do?
Bullshit.  They're just not satisfied with what is available to them.  Our
future is in the hands of a bunch of spoiled little brats.

If a skate park is to be built, let's base it on rational reasons.  Not this
made-up crap about how skateboarding saves kids from becoming career criminals
or potheads.  Sounds like the argument of a teenager . . .  Hmmmm?

And I've known PLENTY of 'boarders who were complete potheads.
