Peter Basoa hospitalized

On Monday, Peter Basoa was hospitalized after suffering what was 
described by a nurse there as a "massive stroke."  He was found at home 
after not reporting for work at BookPeople, and had the stroke at some 
time during the weekend.  Basoa is still at Gritman.

Basoa, the Impressario of the Moscow Renaissance Fair stage for 20 
years, is well-known for producing concerts around town and for his 
continued radio broadcast WEdnesday evenings on KUOI-FM.  On Thursday, 
he was scheduled to receive Moscow's first "Arts Advocate" award from 
the city for his commitment to live music.
