Re: Curbside Recycling

Our house was part of the pilot curbside recycling project and I thought
it was great.  We just dealt with recycling as part of the garbage each
week.  Now the recycling piles up in the basement until it becomes a big
chore.  And I have enough chores to do on the weekend.  Recycling becomes
yet another one on the long list.  

So thank you, City Council, for voting for curbside reycling!  With our
low garbage rates, there currently may not be that much incentive for some
people to recycle. I think curbside pickup will encourage more people to
recycle.
