thanks for attempting to move this forward. My concern is that w/o some
advance knowledge of the wording of the ballot it may be difficult for all
to reach an informed decision during the voting process. the
background/report on the web site:

are useful, but the final wording of the ballot is likely more important at
this point to insure clearity in the voting process. thank you for your
