Downtown Moscow--New Thinking--New Life
Avenues to Revitalization

The Moscow City Council is sponsoring a 3-hour Economic Summit on
revitalizing Downtown Moscow.  It will include a slide presentation of
Downtown enhancement trends, development of a vision for Downtown Moscow,
and the identification of key issues that must be addressed to attain the
vision of success for Downtown Moscow.

The Economic Summit will be held Tuesday, September 15, 1998, 9 am to 12
pm, in the Moscow City Council Chambers in City Hall at 206 East Third
Street on the 2nd floor.

Business owners and interested parties are invited to attend the FREE
PRESENTATION and join in creating a vision for Downtown Moscow.

The summit will be presented by Doyle Hyett of HyettPalma, the only
national firm specializing in the economic renaissance of Downtowns and
older business districts.
