Huh?  Please, anyone knowledgeable on the subject correct me if I'm
wrong about these definitions, but:

Infectious medical waste=anything that has touched a bodily fluid, I
guess.

low-level radioactive waste=gloves, etc. that have touched radioactive
stuff, and don't generate radiation themselves.

pathological waste=diseased kidneys?  Cancerous tissues that have been
removed from people?

How on earth would the burning of any of the above have an adverse
effect upon the air we breathe?  Letting WSU incinerate its own waste
sounds like a great idea to me.  The only better idea would be to let
the local private sector burn it for them.
