reminder

We've made a few small changes to this list.  One is to end the option of
anonymous postings to this list.
	Everyone who is now subscribed to the list will have to send in an email
to Bill Moore at FSR with their first and last names. 
	Please remember to do so ASAP.  If you don't do so, you will be dropped
from the list.
	Here's a copy of an earlier posting that lists the exact mechanism to
fulfill this requirement:
