Re: And now for something completely different



I believe that this would cause at least a few more people to take a
serious interest in the budget.  It also would force elected officials to
seriously look at the budget and remember that the taxpayers will look at
these documents a little closer.  

Maybe this would eliminate budget padding and help lower taxes.  This would
more effective if officials could not use tax money to advertise for
passage of the budget.
