Dennis Baird researched the number of days that the temperature was 80
degrees or above over the last ten years. The low was 19 days in 1993.
The point he tried to make was that over the last ten years, the local
weather has become more variable, and that two years of '93 weather
back-to-back would be a problem for pool economics. He also thinks that
the selected site is in a "frost pocket" which makes the temperature
situation worse.

Maybe he or Lynn will post his figures.
