Each day I receive phone calls and e-mails from new volunteers who are
eager to work on the retreat. I am confident, however, that there will
never be too many volunteers.
The actual date of the retreat has been changed to SATURDAY, JUNE 13.
Dan Kemmis has confirmed this date. We were successfully persuaded
that June 6th would interfere with MHS graduation celebrations with
family and friends, and that it would be unfair to monopolize East
City Park on that occasion.
The next working group meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3,
at 5:30 at the Moscow Public Library. There will be pizza! The library
closes at 6:00, so latecomers are unable to get in (apologies to Mary
Blythe on the last round). Since the number of volunteers is growing,
and to overcome the aforementioned access problem, I will try to
arrange future meetings to take place in the Gritman Hospital
Community Conference Room (thanks to Duane LeTourneau for that
suggestion).
