I was so disappointed to hear of the closure of the Moscow Deli and the
Bagel Factory. I fear that Moscow is turning into a town of fast food
restaurants, all offering essentially the same fare. Is anyone else
concerned about this trend? I really feel like this is impacting the
quality of life as well as the appearance of our town. Is there anything
(other than opening our own restaurant) we can do about it? At the very
least, I am hoping someone has heard a rumor about a wonderful new
restaurant opening to replace Cafe Spudnik which I still miss terribly.
