Thanks for continued posting of hearings and such on the 2020
list.
In preparation for the hearing on Highway 95, I have a question,
or two.
In previous discussions of upgrading the road, the argument that
improving 95 will boost shipping from Lewiston has often been used.
Do you believe that improving 95 between Boise and Lewiston will
cause shippers to send their products North to Lewiston instead of
continuing to send stuff west to Boardman or Portland?
Do you believe that improving 95 between Lewiston and Canada will
boost shipping out of Lewiston? What would be shipped from Lewiston that
is not now?
