I just returned from two weeks in England where once again I was
required to drive on the wrong side of a car and road. I had to learn to
shift gears with my left hand and to drive on two way roads only 1.5 lanes
wide. I still feel the most acceptable way to calm traffic is the
"roundabouts". I feel we as a nation should consider eliminating
cloverleafs in favor of roundabouts. The impact on population control just
in southern California would be huge.
