Tom, Visionaries
Eugene Oregon has had these in place since I moved away in 1982--they put a
big round planter right in the middle of the intersection of Mill and 17th
(both local streets) two houses away from my rental unit. I'll bet someone
from Eugene could tell how this and other streetcalming devices (including
woonerfs) are working over the long haul.
