Dear Visionaries,
I think Gens makes some excellent points. I think a cross dialogue
betn the Daily News letters to the editor & the list serve would be
new ground in civic participation. Speaking of which,
can someone tell me the dfn of civic journalism? How does it differ
from regular journalism?
