The rides are designed for EVERYONE, even kids. Obviously people will
have different speeds, and the ride will break into groups, with longer and
shorter optional routes. Miles has started the last two rides at
Tidyman's, and there will be one this upcoming weekend from there, 10 a.m.
However he intends to arrange for a van or pickup in the future and
arrange for some of rides to begin elsewhere, transporting the bikesto: the
Lewiston levee, or Wawawai Landing, for instance. Miles also intends to
hold "conditioning" rides for those who want to get fit, probably after
work one day per week. .
It takes a group of supporters and particpants to ensure something like
this becomes viable, so contact Miles and let him know you're interested,
even if it's just as a future particpant. It's about time Moscow had some
regular bike touring.
Contact Miles at 883-7941 or moor9717@uidaho.edu.
