Dear Onepercenters,
Neil Meyer and I have recently released a 13 minute video on the 1%
initiative. It is available in each county at the Coop. Ext. office
or thru your local public library.
The first part of the tape features Neil discussing the forces that
creates problems with our current property tax system. I then follow
w/ a description of the 1% initiative, the Attorney General's
opinion, and it impact on FY 1996 revenues and expenditures.
