This must have been the same crew that brought out the jack hammers a week
after the new concrete sidewalks were poured on Sixth Street.

In defense of the Moscow Street Dept., I will commend them for a prompt
response to my phone call shortly after the new bike path was opened. A
couple broken branches were hanging down over the path, forcing cyclists
to dodge some leaves. Within 24 hours after my phone call, the branches
had been removed. Thanks, guys.
