Dear Visionaries,
Hello from Fort Collins, Colo., the home of Colorado State University. I
finally received my e-mail connection and have re-subscribed to the Vision 2020
list server.
For some reason, the system gave me the nickname of RBird instead of the KBird
address I had posted before leaving Moscow. I'm trying to change my nickname,
but in the meantime, you can write to me at:

I look forward to staying abreast of planning and growth issues in Moscow and
Pullman the next 9 months via the listserver. I'll look for examples of good
and bad development here from which we might learn.
