Susan P's posting on Frisch's replacement raises the question well.
Perhaps some of the answer might come from the Daily Nudes advisory
board. Does that board have any role in the transition?
My own personal assumption is that the replacement will be
handled by Frisch alone, and will be one of his clone units.
I would love to be wrong on this one. It would really be a new
era in the paper's relationship with the community if the process was
opened to public input.
