What are the roadblocks (pun intended) to instituting these changes? I
assume that changing the thinking of various officials is one limitation,
and of course $$ are always a limitation to everything. What about a
"Brenda Cantrell Traffic Calming Fund". I knew Brenda personally, she often
walked to work, and I'm sure she would think this was a great idea.
