As part of a comparative study of selected neighborhoods and commercial
districts in Moscow I counted on and off-street parking spaces. To my
suprize I counted about the same number of parking spots in the
downtown study area as in a strip mall study area (from Line St
to short of Farm Rd)!!! It surely corrected my perception!
