Kenton mentioned powerlines. That was a topic I brought up at the
workshop last weekend. I understand that the plan will retain the
powerlines along the road. While that may be an economic necessity, can't
we at least consolidate all the lines on one side of the new road, and
eliminate overhead utilities as a constriant to planting on the other side?
