I saw the agreement published in the Regents minutes. NWPR took over
the operation and the equipment, but is responsible for operation
costs and maintenance. The have to anounce that KRFA is "Operated in
cooperation with the University of Idaho School of Communication."
The only state subsidy is that donations from Idaho residents are
eligible for the state tax credit.
