At least twice a year (though it seems more often), KRFA asks us for money.
The pitch often requests us to let them know what kind of services we want
for that money. If we want more Idaho coverage, or more local news
coverage, we do have some leverage, it seems. Now those of us who are
diehard NPR fans, and who recognize that they are losing federal funds, may
be reluctant to play this card. But it is an option.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of their funding comes from
Idaho compared to Oregon (and Washington), as well as what percentage of
their budget is spent on each state (both hardware and personnel).
