Latah Citizens for Fair Taxation will meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11,
in room 2-B of the courthouse. The agenda will include discussion of
the proposed 1996 1 Percent Initiative being circulated by Ron Rankin
and legislation affecting taxes that was pre-filed at the beginning of
the Idaho legislative session. The meeting is open to the public...
