Thanks to Tom for his long and detailed post on the Freenet and his
suggestions for how it could be adapted locally.
Perhaps someone with more technical expertise than me (Fritz, John T?)
could comment on how easy that kind of system is to use, as opposed to
a list server.
Moscow Public Library is supposed to be able to provide free Internet
access some time in 1996, so perhaps Lori Keenan ought to be involved in
planning along these lines.
