I'm getting the official numbers on this, 1990 vs. 1995: will have
them this afternoon. Preliminary estimates from the budget books
looks like the residence hall have 300 fewer occupants. However,
family housing has added 247 units.

Farternity-sorority occupancy has remained constant.

>From 1990 to 1995, on-campus enrollment has increased by 863, so
there's been an additional 1163 individuals added to off-campus
housing. Some may (probably do) live in surrounding communities, but
that would account for some of the perceived "growth".
