I am still confused. I have a few questions:
How many members are on the EDC? Who are they? What are their addresses
and phone numbers?
Some of them are appointed? Under what authority does the Chamber get to
appoint a person to spend tax money? Isn't the Chamber just a corporation?
Who gave them authority to spend my tax money? Or even to have their own
appointed member of a commision that spends MY TAX MONEY. The Chamber is
not (as far as I know) a democratically representative organization.
If members are elected, then by whom? I don't remember voting for EDC
members.
Could we please have a FULL roster of EDC members and which corporations
(such as the Chamber) appointed them to have tax spending authority? A
better explaination of the terms would be nice.
When are the meetings? Where? Are they public? Secret?
Could we have a full budget for the EDC for 1995 and 1996? Is that public
information?
Thanks,
Fritz
