Tomorrow, Wed. Nov. 15, there will be workshops held to gather public
comment on possible changes to Mountain View Road in Moscow (from
6th St. to F St). A city-wide bond election on this project is scheduled
for Feb. 6 to supplement the ISTEA grant for the project. The drop-in
workshops ask for input on possible design schemes, such as the design
of bike/ped facilities (bike lanes, sidewalks) and possibilities for landscaping.
This is also a good time to ask questions about the project. Times and
locations are as follows:

11/15/95
Palouse Empire Mall (near Andrews Hallmark) 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
East Side Market Place 1:30 - 3:30 pm
City Council Chambers 4:00 - 8:00 pm
