1. keep the community center where it is, in that lovely building.
2. remodel and reopen the administration building across from the current
high school as part of the high school. It wouldn't be too hard on the
students to walk across the street for some classes.
3. move city hall to some new site or building to consolidate their offices.
This would keep the school downtown, keep the community center downtown
and in a great building, and help the city consolidate their offices.
(We could use the offices above the dance hall at the community center
for something, I am sure. A non-profit center? Something will present
itself.)
