Dave,

Can you be more specific about what would be needed? What kind of work
space and where? for how many hours/week? How many skilled workers? What
do they need to be skilled at? :) Is this something that could involve
students from the Moscow Junior High tech club or the MHS alternative
school? What about fraternity or sororities needing community service? The
Chinese students have more of a tradition of bicycle transportation. Can
you get them involved through the international student office? What kind
of help do you need with promotions?
