i feel the second item listed is vital to maintaining "quality of life" on the
palouse. the worst thing which could happen (in my humble opinion) is
for moscow, pullman, uniontown, colton, genesse to grow into one large
"palouse-ville" with no discernible boundries.

we'd need (desire?) a moscow to pullman run, and (eventually) a run
from either or both to lewiston/clarkston. (i think it would suprise
everybody if they knew the number of folks who commute)
