Visual preference contest

A possible compromise to the debate over whether to restrict the
visual preference contest to Moscow scenes:

Create a separate category of entries for non-Moscow examples of good
and bad planning that would not be judged, for information only. That
would provide an outlet for photos from Pullman and elsewhere that
illustrate concepts, but would not be part of the contest. They could
be displayed separately, and passed on to appropriate planning officials.

For example, I have several photos of a linear park in Beaverton that
integrates an elementary school and a residential neighborhood that show
how such a park enhances, rather than detracts from property values.

Does that sound practical? Kenton
