Kenton's and Ray's responses wrto geogr. scope certainly satisfy me. I
was just confused as to our focus. Has there been any attempt to bring
in members/representatives from Troy, Potlatch, etc.? You know how
does Moscow's growth (or lack thereof- which ever one believes), impact
growth and development in Troy? Or do they care?
