Bill London in a recent posting wrto the visual arts contest asked why
Pullman, isn't our focus only on Moscow. This brings up a nagging question
in my mind, just what precisely is our geographical focus? In terms of
overall planning and development issues, including some of the communities
outside of Moscow would be reasonable, but one has to draw the line somewhere.
