As many of you may already know, last summer a task force was appointed bythe
mayor to study the potential for a linear park system in Moscow. This task
force is now gearing up for it's first public input meeting which is
scheduled for April 6th. I will post more details about this meeting as the
date approaches.

Our regular task force meetings are also open to the public, and I have been
asked to post the agendas for these meeting on this list server.

Our next Linear Park Task Force meeting is a workshop for the task
forcemembers hosted by Sally Sheridan from the National Park Service. This
meeting will be held Thursday, March 2nd from 7-9p.m. in the City Hall Annex
Conference Room. The purpose of this meeting is for the task force to
outline their goals, objectives, and visions and plan for the public meeting
to be held on April 6th.

The following Linear Park Task Force meeting will be March 8th at 7a.m. at
the City Hall Annex Conference Room. An agenda has not yet been set for this
meeting.

If anyone has any questions about the Linear Park Task Force please feel free
to e-mail me at ARNODAT@AOL.COM.
