Sorry that I have missed so much of the noise debate (in CA for 2 weeks),
but here's some input from both me and the Ren Fair committee--
Of course, we are willing to discuss this issue with local
homeowners. No one ever complained to us before.
The Ren FAir built the stage, installed the bike racks, and in
general, does not want to move out of East City Park. Having the fair in
the park is a self-limiting thing (we have reached the limit of our
expansion, and now are instituting ceilings on the number of craft and
food booths). If we were in Robinison Park, virtually everyone would
have to drive there.
