I agree with the sentiments. I am sorry that the decision-makers here
took such a hard stance. It seems to me that something like what we did
with the fair/neighbors controversy would work here: figure out which events
were the most important to continue, which were the points of the most
friction (for us it was parking, noise, and litter), and what could we do
with some give and take to allow for the maximum use with the minimum
discomfort. We don't live in a simple world. I only hope to find some
balance for all of us to share.
