I hate to clutter your mailboxes with postings of meetings and coming
events, but I know of no easier way to alert everyone of two prsentations
at WSU of interest:

Feb. 16 - Mark Spitzer, who designed Seattle's Metro tunnel stations,
will be speaking about "The Art of Making Places Public" using a
collaborative approach involving artists, landscape architects, historians,
etc.

March 2 - Paul hirzel form the WSU School of Architecture, will speak about
ideal environments and the physical characteristics we associate with
"Paradise -- our idealized place."

Both presentations are Thursday, 12 noon, in Cascade Room 123 of the
WSU CUB, as part of the Art a la Carte, luncheon lecture series.
