Cameron Farms, inc., is seeking the rezone of an 83-acre parcel from agricultur
e forestry to rural residential, 5-acre minimum lot size. The applicant also
is seeking a change in the comprehensive plan map from "productive" to "rurl"
for the same land.
In typical Latah County fashion, the land is s described by township and range
but not by specific location. My understanding that it is approximately five
miles north of Moscow, just outside the area of city impact, on West Twin Rd.
Perhaps someone else on the list could provide a more precise location.
