I agree with Greg that this article is recommended reading. I
found the article especially interesting because I had the opportunity to
talk with a few of the planners involved in Flathead County at a meeting
in November. My question is, are the forces the same or different in
Latah County? My suspicion is that there are a lot of similarities.

We need to do all we can to see that everyone knows what planning
is going on. We don't want to be blindsided.
