Certainly, this listserver will do a tiny amount. Subscribing to an e-mail
list is a much smaller barrier to overcome than going to Bill London's
house and then to the various meetings of decision making bodies. And once
that hurdle is overcome, the other barriers might be percieved as being
smaller. Thanks, Greg!
