Visionaries--Sen. Schroeder and I are introducing legislation which has the
intent to repeal
Section 3, Chapter 475, Law of 2000 which restricts the First Amendment
rights and freedoms
of the citizens of the State of Idaho.  The State of Purpose reads, "This
legislation further
guarantees the First Amendment rights and freedoms of the jcitizens of the
State of Idaho with
respect to the Idaho Educational Public Broadcasting System by repealing
Section 3, Chapter 475, Laws of 2000.
