electoral college presentation

The election may be over, but there still may be questions about 
the electoral college and constitutional law. We invite the public to 
the following brown-bag presentation:

Professor James MacDonald, UI College of Law, will discuss "The 
Electoral College and Constitutional Law" on Wednesday, January 
17th. The presentation will be in the University of Idaho's Chiefs 
Room, SUB, from 12 noon to 1PM. There will be time for questions 
from those attending. This presentation is sponsored by the 
League of Women Voters of Moscow and is open to the public.
