National Consumers League/Phone Bills

Margie--The National Consumers League has launched a Web site that explains
phone bill
charges and helps consumers recognize fraud.  The site,
nclnet.org/phonebill/index.html,
describes the different charges that appear on phone bills and explains how
to identify and avoid common phone scames such as slamming and cramming.
