1.	Bulk Mailing Request from Latah County Highway District.
2.	Request to adopt Telephone Upgrade Proposal and Contracts from GTE.
3.	Enhanced 911 Service GTE Network and Database Services Contract.
4.	CAI Law Enforcement Records Management System Client Server Version
Contract.
5.	Resolution No. 99-05.  A resolution to transfer funds from the Solid
Waste Coordinator Fund (22-00) to the Solid Waste Investment Cash Account
(30-00-100-00).
6.	Request for cancellation of taxes due to hardship on parcel  number MH
02CT 000 31AA.
7.	Review of request for cancellation of taxes on parcel number PPM 312.
8.	Successful completion of three-year employment increment and subsequent
pay increase for Certified Appraiser.  Table of Organization, Assessor,
Revaluation department 02A, line 06.  Date effective May 1, 1999.
9.	Resignation of Patrol Deputy.  Table of Organization Sheriff’s
Operations, department 04B, line 17.  Date effective May 6, 1999.
10.	Request for tuition aid to North Idaho College by Travis Lee Catt.
11.	Resignation of Doris K. Williams from the Area Office on Aging,
effective immediately.
12.	Claim for damages under the Idaho Tort Claims Act by Thom Williams
against Latah County Commissioners San Duncan, Paul Kimmell and Loreca
Stauber; Clerk of the District Court of Latah County; and Terry Leno,
Administrator, Latah Health Services, Inc.
13.	Letter of intent to provide $7,000 during State fiscal year 2001 to
Latah Soil and Water Conservation District.
