RE: who is responsible?
I just heard from a co-worker that they lived in pretty nice homes, nice
neighborhood, etc and that supposedly a neighbor was interviewed and had
heard saws, etc being run in the garage of one the boys- everyone though
they were working on a school project. Yeah, some project....
